This initiative is part of a support program led by the Korean Standards Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. It offers 100% free consulting services aimed at improving workplace quality and enhancing corporate competitiveness by transforming work systems and people management practices based on labor-management cooperation.
The program offers consulting in the following four areas:
- Improvement of working hours
- Restructuring of wage systems
- Development of performance evaluation systems
- Improvement of work organization and working environment
Duckyang Industry was selected through the final evaluation by KSA to participate in the fourth area— D. Improvement of work organization and working environment —as part of the Production and Quality Division’s initiative to improve productivity by 10%.
The task force team is composed of members from the Production and Quality Divisions, the Development Division, and support teams including the Management Support Division and the IT Team.
The project will be carried out in two phases:
- Phase 1 (March 31 – July 31): Consulting support
- Phase 2 (August 1 – December 31): Internal implementation and performance tracking
The consulting support will be conducted over a total of 14 days.
