Disclosure Information Management Regulations

This disclosure information management regulation ensures that all of the Company’s disclosure information is disclosed accurately, completely, fairly and timely in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as in order to prevent unfair trade by employees, disclosure-related tasks and procedures, and disclosure information. The purpose is to set matters necessary for management, etc. In addition, matters related to the performance of disclosure duties and management of disclosure information are subject to the provisions of these regulations, except those provided for in laws, related regulations, or articles of incorporation.
