Policy on Installation and Operation of Video Surveillance Devices

This policy describes how DY Deokyang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) installs, operates, and manages video surveillance systems, and how the video footage collected is used and managed.

1. Legal Basis and Purpose of Installation

The Company installs and operates video surveillance devices for the following purposes, in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

a. To ensure facility safety and prevent fire, intrusion, and theft

b. To prevent crime for the safety of customers

5. Delegation of Installation and Management of Video Surveillance Equipment

The company has entrusted the installation and management of video surveillance equipment as outlined below. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the company stipulates necessary clauses in the delegation contract to ensure the secure management of personal information.

6. Measures for Requests to Access Video Information by the Data Subject

You may request to access, verify the existence of, or delete your personal video data at any time by contacting the video surveillance operator. However, such requests are limited to personal video information in which you are filmed, or video data that is clearly necessary to protect the urgent life, physical safety, or property of the data subject.

7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Video Information

The video information processed by the company is securely managed through encryption and other protective measures. As part of administrative safeguards for personal video information, the company provides differential access rights to personal information. To prevent alteration or tampering, all access to personal video information is logged, including the date and time of creation, purpose of access, personnel accessing the data, and the access time. Additionally, physical storage of personal video data is protected through security zones, such as locked storage or restricted access to recording devices, with access limited strictly to authorized personnel.

8. Changes to the Video Surveillance Policy

This policy was established on September 23, 2014. In the event of any additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the company will provide notice of the reasons and details of such changes on its official website at least seven days prior to enforcement.
