Reports and consultations are strictly confidential and go through necessary procedures such as confirmation by the relevant department and internal review, and we strive to respond as soon as possible. Anonymous reports may take longer to confirm and may be returned without further notice.

In addition, depending on the content of the report, if necessary, it may be transferred to the relevant department for action.

For information reported and consulted, you can check the progress and results through the previously registered password in the ‘Processing Result’ tab menu.
